My coaching journey began during my doctoral studies in the UK when I founded the Women in Academia Network at the University of Reading—a safe and empowering space for female academic staff. Early experience as a Tutor for students with physical and mental challenges and contributions to ESOL programmes deepened my commitment to human potential, equity, and inclusive leadership. Since then, I have held national and international leadership roles, including Steering Committee Member of the Erasmus Mundus Association (Brussels) and Chair of the Antiracism & Learning Technologies SIG ALT (UK).
