Every year, I offer Impact Coaching and Mentoring services worth £5,000 free of cost to 1-2 selected international students or staff, particularly from Africa and Asia. In return, the selected coachee is expected to dedicate their time and effort to the process and show commitment.

*NOTE: For equity purposes, if you have already benefited from a free session with me (either one-off session or as part of a workshop), you will not be eligible for the ICM scholarship).
Why I offer these scholarships and my time for free?
I come from a poor family; being the last child in the family, I was nonetheless the first to have completed secondary schooling, and risen up to securing a doctorate. There was a huge gap in guidance during my schooling and early career, including now on my journey into leadership. I refer to myself as a “self-made” leader and thus wish to serve those who need the support.
Your ICM commitment
As of July 2024, there is a small one-off and very affordable charge for new coachees, as a token for their commitment to the free ICM services; the sessions continue to be free for scholarship winners. This token may be waived for marginalised students.
Applications are open:
- Sep-Oct for the January start
- Apr-May for the July start
