Here are some facts and figures for you. An external coach can bring 5.45 times more benefit to you.

It has been proven that the perspectives of an external coach, the higher level of confidentiality, the non-intrusion of your line manager and HR, ensures that coaching with an external coach is much more effective.

What’s your financial investment in these pro-bono coaching sessions?

You will receive a coaching package worth £1500 entirely for free. There are no fees for the sessions but you will be asked to pay a refundable amount at the start of your sessions – this is to ensure that you commit to the coaching sessions and also value both your time and my time.

If you are not successful for the free October spots, you may be considered for 2025 Jan start. If you are successful, your reflections and goals entered on this application will be captured in your coaching agreement to be worked on for the duration of your coaching sessions.

Executive coaching sessions can help you set goals & objectives, increase your awareness through feedback, develop skills, have an accountability partner, and have decision-making support. Whilst executive coaching is not about supporting you in your personal finances, health, fitness, and relationship, I recognise that there may be underlying issues that affect us as humans, and some of these will be partly addressed as part of the session in order to help you reach your goals.

Note: After the first session, you will be required to contribute a refundable sum of 10% of the usual package price towards your commitment, which will be refunded to you at the end of your last session. Various options will be provided to minimise bank transfer charges at your end. (required)
