ICM – From stuck to strong

Let’s get real. We all want to grow. Level up. Succeed. Feel like we’re making real progress in life. But so often, we’re chasing goals with outdated strategies, or waiting for that magical “perfect moment” to begin. ⏳

Here’s the truth: growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens through small, intentional steps that stretch you just beyond your comfort zone — day after day. 🎯

In 2023, I learned this first-hand.

For years, I was great at showing up for others — helping, supporting, being the one people could rely on. But when it came to my own goals? I came last. I procrastinated unless someone held me accountable or something forced my hand. My life was guided more by external pressure than personal intention.

Then I made a decision: I would show up for myself — no matter what.

That year, I made a bold commitment: to record and post three short videos every single day in a group of over 10,000 people. No filters. No perfect lighting. No waiting for motivation. Just me — tired or not, polished or not — showing up, no excuses.

Some people cheered me on. Others said I looked exhausted and should rest. But guess what? Ten minutes of filming didn’t change my rest time — what it changed was me. That one daily act reshaped my mindset, my confidence, and my sense of control. I stopped looking at people’s comments. I started looking inward — and moving forward.

One year later, I still show up. Not out of routine. But because I’m still learning. I’m still growing. I’m still stretching.

Let’s be honest — how many ideas are still sitting in your head or hiding in your notes app because you’re waiting to feel “ready”? Spoiler: You never will.

Perfectionism kills momentum.

🏁 JUST START. The only way to get better is to start badly. Messy. Awkward. Unpolished. Because motion builds momentum. Clarity comes after action, not before.

🔥 Every expert once Googled “how to…”

🎯Call to action: Pick one thing you’ve been putting off because it’s not “perfect”. Commit to starting — badly — within the next 24 hours.

Want to know what really matters to someone?

Don’t ask them. Watch them. 👀

People say they want to write a book 📖, start a business 💡, or learn a language 🗣️. But days, weeks, even years pass… and nothing changes.

Your actions are louder than your words If you say something is important but never make time for it, it’s not a priority — it’s a wish ✨

If your schedule is overflowing with “have to do’s” but missing the things that light you up — it’s time for a reshuffle.

Your calendar and bank statement will tell you what your priorities are far more accurately than your words ever will. Now this isn’t about guilt. This is about alignment.

LOOK AT YOUR PRIORITIES

  • What you make time for 🕒
  • What you spend money on 💳
  • What you can’t stop thinking about 💭

These three things don’t lie. They’re your truth. If your dreams matter, they deserve a space in your day. Even ten minutes a day dedicated to your dream builds momentum. Every small action, repeated daily, adds up.

“Small things done consistently create big change.”

🔥Match your actions to your words

🎯 Call to action: What’s one goal you’ve said matters, but haven’t made time for? Schedule 10 minutes for it today. Then repeat tomorrow.

Final Thoughts: You Don’t Need Perfect. You Need Movement.

My magic formula? It’s yours now 👇
🎬 Start badly
🎯 Let your actions speak.

Where in your life are you waiting for permission to begin? Don’t wait. Decide. Then move. Even imperfect action is a win.

Because the truth is, you’re already influencing your future. Every choice, every moment, every “small step” — they’re all shaping your tomorrow 🔮 So choose wisely. Choose boldly. Choose to start 💥

Your future self is watching. Show them what’s possible.
