I am an ICM Level 7 Executive & Senior Level Coach with 18 years of experience within the international education sector, offering my services worldwide.

I started my journey in 2007, offering mentoring and coaching to students coming from or based outside Europe, since then many students have gone on to leaders in their own sectors. Later on, I started mentoring and coaching staff, including Senior staff and Heads of Department from or based outside Europe, and many staff have moved on to new heights in their careers.

What is covered in the ICM sessions?

Sessions are personalised to your needs and various approaches are used to get you to meet your goals.

Individual ICM details

  • The ICM package comprises of 6 sessions.
  • Each session comprises 2-4 hours of formal meeting, with 3-5 hours of offline follow-up for each session (via messages and call) helping you to achieve your goals for the month.
  • You will have a formal agreement and an ICM log to keep track of your learning points, goals, and growth.
  • You will receive support to take on leadership roles and opportunities to expand your leadership skills, and most importantly to differentiate yourself from others.
  • You will gain visibility on my blog space and have the opportunity to showcase your own goals and ambitions and your work.
  • You will be under my wings; I will be your Sponsor, and bring you to light at every opportunity of growth for you.
  • You will have the opportunity to pay forward to create a wave of empowered individuals.

  • Depending on your commitment, you will get the opportunity to access development courses that I have spent several thousand on already, all for free.
