The Circle is structured as a progressive leadership journey, moving from internal foundations to relational influence and then to strategic and systemic impact. By the end of the programme, participants will be better able to:

Programme Format
The Leaders ICM Circle 2026 combines group coaching, mentoring, and applied leadership practice in a cohesive, structured journey.
- DURATION: April– September 2026 (6 months)
- SESSIONS: 8 group sessions, 2 hours each
- GROUP SIZE 5-8 leaders to ensure psychological safety, depth, and high-quality dialogue
- DELIVERY: Online
- Frequency: Sessions are held every 3–4 weeks to allow time for reflection, application, and integration of learnings between sessions
- INTEGRATION COMPONENTS:
- 4 x 1-hour 1:1 mentoring sessions after every 2 sessions to explore personal leadership challenges and opportunities
- Reflective leadership journaling between sessions to consolidate insights and track progress
- Peer accountability partnerships to reinforce learning and action between sessions
- Leadership case discussions from participants’ real work contexts to apply concepts immediately
- COMPLETION REWARD (Because in leadership, the real rewards come at the end of the journey)
- Participants who commit to the full programme and attend at least 80% of sessions will be invited to an Executive Leadership Strategy Clinic (90 minutes) — a 1:1 session that helps translate learning into a strategic roadmap. This session will help you:
- Clarify your strategic leadership direction for the next 12–24 months
- Strengthen your leadership identity and professional positioning
- Translate Circle learning into a concrete leadership roadmap
- Participants who commit to the full programme and attend at least 80% of sessions will be invited to an Executive Leadership Strategy Clinic (90 minutes) — a 1:1 session that helps translate learning into a strategic roadmap. This session will help you:
How the Programme Works
- Each participant begins with a personal coaching agreement with Dr Teeroumanee Nadan, setting clear objectives, expectations, and commitments for the programme.
- Group sessions combine mentor insights, collective shift group coaching, peer reflection, and real-world application, creating a rich learning environment.
- Participants are supported to apply learnings immediately, develop actionable strategies, and integrate leadership practices into their daily work.
The Circle is not a set of disconnected sessions; it is a progressive leadership journey that moves from self-awareness to relational influence and finally to strategic, systemic impact.

Focus: Early reflection to uncover unconscious blocks and defensive behaviours.
3. Resilience and Inner Stability
Theme: Sustainable leadership under pressure
Focus: Develop emotional regulation, boundaries, and leadership presence under stress.
4. Decision-Making in Complexity
Theme: Informed and ethical decision-making
Focus: Build confidence and clarity in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
5. Influence Without Authority
Theme: Leading beyond hierarchy
Focus: Relational leadership, stakeholder management, and increasing impact without positional power.
6. Strategic Thinking and Innovation
Theme: From operational thinking to strategic leadership
Focus: Systems awareness, future-focused thinking, and moving from busy to impactful leadership.
7. Leading Through Change and Uncertainty

The sequence is deliberately progressive, moving from self-awareness and reflection, to resilience and relational influence, and ultimately to strategic and systemic leadership.
