The Leaders Strategic Programme is a focused 4-month group mentoring and coaching experience designed to strengthen your strategic clarity, leadership identity, and influence in complex environments.

This Leaders Strategic Programme combines:

The programme is for leaders who ready to elevate their strategic impact, strengthen executive presence, and navigate complexity with confidence.

Participants come from corporate, public sector, healthcare, higher education, third sector, and entrepreneurial environments — any context where strategic influence and leadership clarity are essential.

Through six intensive sessions and integrated mentoring, participants will:

• Strengthen strategic leadership identity and executive authority
• Identify hidden behavioural patterns and constraints that limit influence
• Build executive composure and resilience under high-pressure conditions
• Exercise strategic judgement and decisive action in complex contexts
• Expand influence across stakeholders, power structures, and political landscapes
• Apply systems thinking to shape long-term organisational direction

The programme is deliberately progressive: moving from self-awareness → relational influence → systemic strategic impact.

  • Duration: 4 months (April–July 2026) * Timings TBC depending on participants’ availability
  • Sessions: 6 live online group sessions (2 hours each)
  • Group size: 5-8 leaders to ensure psychological safety, depth, and high-quality dialogue
  • Delivery: Online
  • Frequency: Sessions are held every 3–4 weeks to allow time for reflection, application, and integration of learnings between sessions
  • Integration Components:
    • 2 x 1-hour 1:1 mentoring sessions after every 2 sessions to explore personal leadership challenges and opportunities
    • Reflective leadership journaling between sessions to consolidate insights and track progress
    • Peer accountability partnerships to reinforce learning and action between sessions
    • Leadership case discussions from participants’ real work contexts to apply concepts immediately
  • Completion Reward
    • Participants who commit to the full programme and attend at least 80% of sessions will be invited to an Executive Leadership Strategy Clinic (90 minutes) — a 1:1 session that helps translate learning into a strategic roadmap. This session will help you:
      • Clarify your strategic leadership direction for the next 12–24 months
      • Translate learning into a concrete leadership roadmap
  1. Each participant begins with a coaching agreement setting clear objectives and expectations.
  2. Sessions integrate mentoring insight, collective dialogue and live case discussion.
  3. Learning is applied immediately within participants’ own leadership contexts.

2. Blind Spots and Behavioural Patterns

Focus: Unseen behavioural patterns, defensive responses and power dynamics in your influence and executive presence.

3. Resilience Under Pressure
Theme: Sustainable Leadership under Pressure
Focus: Composure, boundary management and strategic clarity when operating under scrutiny, ambiguity and political pressure.

4. Decision-Making in Complexity
Theme: Strategic Judgement in Complexity
Focus: Structured thinking, ethical reasoning and decisive action in complex, uncertain and high-risk contexts.

5. Influence Without Authority
Theme: Power, Politics and Influence Beyond Formal Authority
Focus: Relational leadership, stakeholder ecosystems, competing agendas, and increasing impact without positional power.

6. Systems Awareness and Strategic Direction
Theme: From Operational Leadership to Systemic Strategy
Focus: Systems awareness, future-focused thinking, and moving from busy to impactful leadership.

The Leaders Strategic Programmeis a progressive leadership journey moving from self-awareness and reflection, to resilience and relational influence, and ultimately to strategic and systemic leadership.

Individual Leaders: €1,800
Organisational Sponsorship: €2,000 per participant

This includes group mentoring, 1:1 coaching, and applied leadership integration.

Compared to typical executive training days, this provides sustained development with direct workplace application.
